[CFI] Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#, Selenium /Playwright)

Summary

Senior QA Automation Engineer builds and maintains UI/API test frameworks using C#, Playwright, and REST API testing to ensure software reliability and scalability for global risk-management solutions.

Project – the aim you’ll have

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust UI and API automation frameworks;
  • Build framework guardrails, standards, and reusable components to improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability;
  • Optimize test automation execution, reporting, and CI/CD integration;
  • Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices, framework adoption;
  • Drive automation strategy, code reviews, and framework enhancements;
  • Implement AI-driven testing solutions and continuous quality improvements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Expectations – the experience you need:

  • Experience with .NET applications and services.
  • Strong experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Experience with REST API testing and API automation.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
  • Strong experience maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks.
  • Good understanding of automation best practices, test design, and quality engineering principles.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and an interest in AI-driven testing.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Selenium and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • Experience with Java (used for a mock service).
  • Experience with Agentic AI and MCP.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Performance testing.
