The jobholder would be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by offering eCom solutions and level one technical support to improve efficiency and maximize service quality of the eCom system/integrations in line with business needs and organizational objectives.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Respond to all incoming helpdesk requests and resolve technical issues.
- Initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers while promoting DHL's eCom tools according to their trading profile and promoting their use.
- Execution of eCom projects with a view to delivering projects within the agreed time and quality standards.
- Improve customer satisfaction with eCom solutions, increase efficiency, and reduce costs by using eCom tools.
- Prepare CFIT (Customer Facing IT) project progress reports, update key milestones, and identify potential project risks.
- Provide timely responses to customer email queries within the specified SLA. (Service Level Agreement)
Do you have what it takes?
- Excellent communication in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capability.
- Previous experience in a Customer Technology and applications support-related role with helpdesk experience would be an advantage.
