CFO and Director

This is a remote position.

Integrating practical company formation, financial execution, and formal governance, this operational role supports newly established US portfolio entities within a bot-first environment. Operating as an AI-fluent execution partner, the position complements automated workflows by completing actions requiring human intervention, maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams, and providing daily written updates.

Working remotely with required availability during US Eastern morning hours (5pm-7pm) for external calls, the appointee combines day-to-day operational management with formal director responsibilities. This includes acting, where necessary, as an initial shareholder to facilitate company setup, banking onboarding, and vendor compliance. The principal retains ultimate authority over monetary transactions, contracts, external communications, and strategic decisions.

Engagement hours and contractual terms will be confirmed as either a part-time or full-time contractor or employee arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete human-dependent tasks within a bot-managed workflow, treating the task register as the core operational rhythm.
  

• Support corporate formation packages and oversee Mercury-style bank, brokerage, and vendor account openings, fulfilling all director and shareholder Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  

• Administer corporate email, domain, website, regulatory, and intellectual property portals, while managing company mobile devices, identity verification checks, and two-factor authentication credentials.
  

• Coordinate external scheduling and communications during US business hours with landlords, advisers, recruitment agencies, and counterparties.
  

• Manage physical and digital document execution via DocuSign, wet-signature collections, regulatory filings, and secure original document scanning.
  

• Resolve failed card payments, troubleshoot account issues, and maintain audit-ready receipt and subscription records.
  

• Convert verbal history and offline progress into structured written knowledge records for team and automated workflow use.
  

• Coordinate recruitment processes by preparing screening packs, conducting initial screening calls, arranging interviews, and managing onboarding handovers.
  

• Perform media and investor-relations fact checks by verifying statements back to primary sources and highlighting compliance concerns to legal counsel.
  

Essential Requirements

• Proven daily professional use of Grok Bot or ChatGPT to manage workflows from prompting to completed outcomes.
  

• Willingness and legal capacity to serve as a director and, where required, an initial shareholder for US portfolio companies.
  

• Ability to complete personal KYC identity checks including passport, selfie/video verifications, and portal registrations (e.g., ID.me, Login.gov, or Okta).
  

• Capacity to hold and manage corporate mobile phones and two-factor authentication credentials.
  

• Strong spoken and written English skills for effective engagement with US counterparties.
  

• Working knowledge of cross-border payment mechanisms, including wire transfers, ACH, Wise, virtual cards, and receipt record-keeping.
  

• Practical understanding of basic US corporate administration, including EIN applications, registered agents, Delaware annual requirements, Section 83(b) elections, and contract oversight.
  

• Document control experience, including DocuSign administration, with the ability to handle 10 to 15 concurrent workstreams.
  

• Availability during US Eastern morning hours
