CFO
Job Description
1. Oversee the company's full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee corporate tax compliance, GST filings, annual audits, ACRA annual filings, corporate banking matters, and the administration of financial-related corporate accounts and regulatory platforms, including CorpPass.
3. Manage cross-border financial operations, foreign exchange risk, budgeting, cash flow, treasury activities, and the preparation of consolidated financial reports for the Group's headquarters.
4. Develop and maintain effective internal control frameworks, review financial agreements and contracts, support regulatory and reporting requirements, and oversee shareholder reporting and profit distribution processes.
5. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide financial analysis, capital planning, and financial due diligence reports to support decision-making by the Board of Directors and shareholders.
Job Requirement
1、Bachelor’sdegree or above in Finance, Accounting or Auditing; possession of CPA/ACCA or local Singapore accounting qualifications is preferred, Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
2、Minimum10 years of working experience as CFO or Head of Finance; Experience managing the finance operations of multinational and cross-border entities in Singapore.
3、In‑depthknowledge of Singapore taxation, ACRA annual filing, GST, corporate audit and cross‑border foreign‑exchange compliance; familiar with foreign‑exchange registration for Chinese‑invested overseas enterprises and rules for shareholder profit calculation.
4、Well‑versedin group consolidated financial statements, liaison with Chinese shareholders, cross‑border fund deployment and end‑to‑end cost and risk control procedures.
5、Proven experience in maintaining effective internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.; familiar with executive employment in Singapore and administrative procedures for corporate finance‑related matters.
