## Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, capital allocation, and corporate planning in collaboration with the Founders and Board of Directors. This role involves managing institutional fundraising, investor relations, and the overall capital structure. ## Responsibilities

## Qualifications
- Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with **15+ years** of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Additional qualifications such as **CFA** or **MBA in Finance** are a plus.
- **3-5+ years** experience as **CFO**, **Finance Director**, or **Senior VP of Finance**.
- Strong background in **specialty ingredients**, **nutraceuticals**, **pharma**, **specialty chemicals**, **FMCG**, or **B2B manufacturing**.
- Proven track record in **institutional fundraising** and **investor relations**.
