CFO

to help build a new international business in Shenzhen, China, working closely with the CEO and founders to make the business financially transparent, manageable and ready to scale

What matters:

• CFO / Finance Director experience in a growing international business; China and Hong Kong exposure preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, management accounting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Experience with production, retail, inventory and significant working capital; jewelry or precious metals is a big plus.
• Understanding of China/HK finance and tax, consolidation and IFRS.
• Experience building a finance function and working with banks, auditors and legal advisors; IPO/investment readiness is a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail and big-picture thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Working English required, Chinese is a strong advantage, Russian desirable.
• Reports to Group CEO with regular interaction with founders.
