Job Role: Senior Admin/Deal Support (AU Home Loan Mortgage experience)
Compensation range: PHP 90,000 - PHP 120,000/Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9:00AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Our client specializes in supporting self-employed borrowers through low-doc lending solutions. With extensive experience in non-standard and complex loan scenarios, our client has developed deep expertise in this niche, allowing them to provide tailored, high-quality guidance to clients with unique financial situations.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a smart, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Admin / Deal Support professional to support a team member with the day-to-day administration and coordination of mortgage applications.
This is a hands-on support role focused on AOL entries, deal organization, document management, follow-ups, and keeping applications moving smoothly.
You’ll work closely with a team member who will provide guidance, oversight, and escalation support when needed. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership of their work, learns quickly, and can manage multiple loan files while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a team member with AOL entries and mortgage application administration.
- Assist with preparing and organizing information required for loan applications.
- Request, collect, and organize supporting documents from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Broker Engine and other relevant systems.
- Ensure documents and application information are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
- Follow up with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders for outstanding information or documents.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and follow-ups to help keep deals progressing.
- Assist with tracking applications and maintaining accurate deal status through to settlement.
- Support a team member with day-to-day administrative and deal support tasks.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential issues and raise them promptly.
- Help maintain organized and efficient processes across assigned loan files.
- Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence in the role develop.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Senior Admin/Deal support or similar work?
- Do you have experience working in an Australian mortgage broking, loan processing, mortgage administration, credit support, or a similar role.
- Experience with AOL, Broker Engine, or similar Australian mortgage systems is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of the Australian mortgage application process.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proactive approach with the ability to identify what needs to be done rather than waiting for instructions.
- Willingness to learn and develop a deeper understanding of Australian mortgage processes.

The ideal candidate is smart, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. They don't need to know everything from day one, but they should be curious, willing to learn, and capable of picking things up quickly.

The team member you’ll be supporting will provide guidance and oversight where required, so the ability to learn, take feedback, and progressively become more independent is particularly important.

- This role is offered under an Independent Contractor agreement, meaning you’ll be responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, work equipment, and internet connection. You will need to provide your own computer. You will not be entitled to employee benefits such as paid leave or health insurance from the client. It is a full-time, dedicated role, so you will be expected to work exclusively with our client for the duration of the engagement. A reference check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
