Position Summary
The Welcome Center Manager leads sales, visitor engagement, and daily operations for the Chambers Creek Welcome Center. The manager recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises the onsite team; establishes service and operating standards; and ensures guests receive accurate information and are promptly connected with the appropriate builder or internal partner. The role also serves as the primary liaison among the Welcome Center, builder sales teams, and Chambers Creek Golf.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for events or outdoor activations.
