PM for Access / CPE Switch or Wi-Fi Home Router

工作內容
Applying design thinking and user experience, responsible for defining product solutions and roadmaps based on application demand, technology trends and user needs.
1. Design access / CPE switches or Wi-Fi home routers based on design thinking and user experience principles.
2. Thoroughly understand and be familiar with all features and operations of access / CPE switches or Wi-Fi home routers.
3. Formulate the development details of product functions and behaviors as the basis for RD team's product development, including specifying the detail requirements of functionalities, behaviors and UI definitions needed by RD.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure the smooth progression of the product development process and timely resolution of issues and challenges.
5. Collect customer’s feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate their input into product specifications and feature definitions.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, new applications and competitor products related to access / CPE switches or Wi-Fi home routers to identify new opportunities and potential improvements for product development.

其他條件
1. At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with networking devices or telecommunications equipment.
2. Knowledge of related networking standards and protocols and technical background in networking or related work experience.
3. Proficiency in the applications, functionalities and operations of access / CPE switches or Wi-Fi home routers, with strong learning ability and product insight.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to play a key role in cross-departmental collaboration.
