1. NPI開發流程控管與新專案執行項目跟催
2. 制定新專案計劃，確定目標、範圍、時間表和預算
3. 預測和管理風險，及時調整新專案計劃以應對可能的變化
4. 跨部門的資源安排及有效率溝通協調
5. 生產導入的準備及規劃
6. 與內/外部團隊溝通及更新任何專案開發中相關事宜, 並定期彙報專案進度和成果
7.其他主管交辦事項

1.NPI Process Control & Project Tracking
Monitor NPI development workflows and track the execution of action items for new projects.
2.Project Planning & Resource Definition
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, timelines, and budget allocations.
3.Risk Management & Contingency Planning
Forecast and manage potential risks; proactively adjust project plans to mitigate changes and uncertainties.
4.Cross-functional Coordination
Allocate resources across departments and facilitate efficient communication to ensure alignment.
5.Production Readiness & Planning
Oversee the preparation and strategic planning for the transition into mass production (MP).
6.Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Communicate project updates to internal/external teams and provide regular reports on progress and milestones to management.
7.Ad-hoc Tasks
Execute other tasks and strategic assignments as directed by management.
