產品應用工程師 Application Engineer

Create greatest value for our customers and be fairly rewarded through developing a fundamental understanding of the customer needs and establishing solutions that effectively integrate products, equipment and control systems into the customer’s Foundry process, specifically within the Product Group.

Promote group best practice through regional and International contact with relevant International Product specialists. Train the local sales team in group best practice.

• Expend Foseco product market share.
• Understand our customers’ needs
• Define the correct combination of product and application service to satisfy customers’ needs
• Achieve Product Group sales targets and gross margin
• Promote best practice within the Product Group with Sales personnel
• Provide product training to Sales personnel
• Ensure all product modifications are as required in the market, in product performance, quality and value added.

1.主要對鑄造業客戶端提供技術服務，關於原料/製程/產品之改善、節省成本或增進效能
2.協助業務經理進行現場測試及資訊蒐集, 並與技術單位討論尋求客戶問題解決方案
3. 負責產品線為鐵金屬與非鐵金屬處理、坩堝、鑄造用耐火材料等
