產品專案管理師(商用電腦)

工作說明

1. 負責Notebook/Chromebook/Desktop/All In One產品線，以及作為內外串接訊息的重要橋樑，需彙整各方資訊並以清楚邏輯報告說明完整狀況，達到溝通管道順暢、內容傳遞無誤的良善循環

2. 負責對外與業務了解實際產品狀況、溝通前線需求並更新處理方案及進度

3. 負責對內與各單位討論需求可行性並協調內部資源，同時彙整追蹤處理進度、解決方案與改善成效

1. Responsible for Notebook, Chromebook, Desktop, and All-in-One product lines. Serving as a vital bridge for internal and external communication, I consolidate diverse information and deliver clear, logical status reports to ensure smooth communication channels and accurate information alignment.

2. Responsible for external engagement with sales teams to understand actual product conditions, communicate front-line requirements, and provide updates on workarounds and progress.

3. Responsible for internal collaboration with cross-functional units to evaluate requirement feasibility and coordinate internal resources, while tracking progress, resolution actions, and improvement effectiveness.

需求條件

擅長工具：Excel,PowerPoint
1. 具備專案管理專業知識及經驗尤佳
2. 具備1年以上電子產品異常分析管理經驗尤佳
3. 善於溝通或是翻譯經驗尤佳
