Change Analyst - Baseline Clearance

Change Analyst - Federal Government | Baseline Clearance | ACT


We're seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major federal government transformation program in Canberra. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, works confidently with business stakeholders, and brings strong capability in UAT coordination, go live readiness and change delivery.
You'll work closely with program, policy and technology teams to help uplift regulatory capability, support new processes and systems, and ensure business users are ready for transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist with go live activities, business readiness and post implementation support
  • Develop clear, concise change documentation, reports and stakeholder materials
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse data, prepare insights and present findings to support decision making
  • Contribute to change activities across a multi branch, high tempo program environment


About You

  • Up to 3+ years' experience in change management or business change roles
  • Hands on experience in complex programs and agile delivery environments
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting and presentation
  • Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in fast moving government settings
  • Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)


Desirable

  • Experience in federal government programs
  • Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or formal change methodologies
