Change Analyst

Job brief

We are seeking a Change Analyst any eligible visa with full time working rights can apply

2+ years' experience as a Change Analyst (or similar role).



Healthcare experience and or qualification in health related disciplines.



Previous experience delivering complex business change in a large transformational program. Ability to support and deliver an enhanced colleague, customer, and operational experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.



Ability to apply change management principles, techniques and tools.



Experienced in business readiness and communication strategies.



Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.



Identify delivery risks and develop aligned risk mitigation tactics.



Formal qualifications in change management is preferable.
