Change & Comms Analyst - 4 month contract

Summary

Drive change management and communications for cybersecurity initiatives like Zero Trust and RBAC, creating training and rollout materials while tracking adoption metrics.

Salary: $600-$680 per day + SA

  • 4 month contract
  • Cyber security experience requirement
  • Lower Hunter Region - 3 days in office per week
Seeking a Change & Communications Analyst to play a key role in supporting change management and communication activities across several high-profile cyber security initiatives, including:
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
  • Zero Trust Security
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Passkeys & Okta
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
  • Windows Fleet Remediation
Key Responsibilities
  • Support change management and communications activities across multiple cyber and technology projects
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
  • Create communications collateral including FAQs, intranet content, email communications, training schedules and rollout materials
  • Coordinate end-user readiness activities
  • Track adoption metrics and benefits realisation
  • Maintain stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication trackers and other key change artefacts
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in Change Management, Communications, Business Readiness or Organisational Change
  • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, digital or cybersecurity projects
  • Exposure to initiatives such as IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust or security uplift programs
