Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training and knowledge development for a global supply chain system.
The Change Management and Training Analyst will be responsible for facilitating training for system users and developing knowledge materials that support effective system understanding and adoption. This role will create both traditional paper-based documentation and interactive training tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate training for users of a global supply chain system.
- Support training activities designed to increase user knowledge and understanding of the system.
- Create and maintain knowledge materials supporting system users.
- Develop paper-based training documents and reference materials.
- Create interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
- Develop training content that supports users in understanding and utilizing the global supply chain system.
- Support the delivery and continued availability of training and knowledge resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
- Experience facilitating training.
- Experience creating knowledge and training materials.
- Experience developing paper-based documentation.
- Experience developing interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
