Change Management & Operating Model Consultant

Open 5d

Change Management and Operating Model Consultants help institutions realize value from digital transformation by focusing on people, adoption, readiness, communications, and sustainable ways of working.

This role recognizes that successful transformation is not only about implementing systems or redesigning processes. It is about helping people understand what is changing, why it matters, how they will be supported, and how new ways of working will be embedded after programmes conclude.

You may support change across technology implementations, service redesign, organisational restructuring, governance improvement, or institution‑wide transformation programmes.

What You May Work On:

You may support clients to assess organisational readiness, develop change strategies, create adoption plans, design communication approaches, define future‑state operating models, support leadership alignment, create training plans, and identify adoption risks.

Experience We Commonly Look For:

Common experience includes organisational change management, operating model design, communications, adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness planning, governance, and higher education transformation.

You May Be a Strong Fit If:

You understand that change succeeds when people are brought along with clarity, structure, and practical support.

You can help institutions move from intention to adoption by designing the conditions, communications, governance, and behaviours needed for change to stick.

Expression of Interest:

If your experience aligns with this capability area, we welcome expressions of interest for our talent network. Please share your CV or professional profile, along with a short note outlining your relevant experience and the types of opportunities you would be interested in.
