Change Manager (Banking Domain)

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and govern changes in line with Production Change Management guidelines and agreed SLAs.
• Manage planning, approvals, communications, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support vulnerability remediation and change implementation with minimal operational impact.

Required experience and skills:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong Change Management background in large enterprise environments
• ITIL/ ITSM
• ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Configuration Management
• CMDB
• CAB governance and approval processes
