About this opportunity

Join our dynamic Telecom Operations team as a Change Manager, responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and availability of telecom networks (RAN, Core, Transmission, IP). You’ll lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB), oversee network change processes, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards, Ericsson policies, and customer SLAs.


What you will do:


• Lead CAB and CCB: Manage CAB meetings, approve network changes, and handle critical/emergency decisions.
• Assess Change Impact: Analyze service and KPI impact (e.g., latency, call drop) of planned changes; mitigate risks during rollouts.
• Process & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and alignment with SOPs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Reporting & Automation: Deliver post-change reports and support automation via Excel, Python, or BI tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, GNOC, MSIP, field ops, and vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco).
• Security Compliance: Enforce network security policies and support ISO 27001/NIST-aligned practices.

The skills you bring:


• Education: Bachelor’s in Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years in network operations/change management; exposure to OSS/BSS, NFV is a plus.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation (mandatory); CCNA, JNCIA, or Ericsson training preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong telecom network knowledge, ITSM tools, protocols (IP, SNMP, SIP), and BI/reporting proficiency.
• Soft Skills: Effective communicator in English/Hindi, strong leadership, and decision-making in high-stakes situations.
