Change Manager – Information Management Platform
Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week
Contract to 30/06/2027 with possible extension | Brisbane, QLD | Hybrid working
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Manager – Information Management Platform. In this role you will serve as the primary liaison between Technology/IT teams and business stakeholders for a significant enterprise transformational, department-wide initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders while acting as the primary point of contact between IT Program teams and assigned business functions.
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and align technology initiatives with organisational objectives.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including facilitating champions networks, communities of practice, workshops, and executive briefings.
Identify and manage stakeholder concerns, impacts, and resistance points to develop engagement approaches that support successful implementation, business readiness, and conflict resolution.
Lead, manage, and deliver change responses, training, workforce, and business readiness activities relating to new business processes, system changes, and solution-related changes.
Monitor adoption outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction, analysing processes to recommend improvements in engagement, governance, and communication practices.
About You
Significant experience working in large, complex digital transformation programs relating to stakeholder engagement, business relationship management, or technology delivery.
Strong, executive-level engagement skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with IT and business leaders.
Proven track record in developing engagement approaches, change management strategies, and driving solution adoption across various technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, manage, and escalate stakeholder concerns and build consensus between business requirements and technical constraints.
Excellent capability in facilitating governance forums, steering committees, workshops, and delivering executive-level briefings.
Change Management and/or project management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) is desirable.
