One NorthConsulting is currently hiring Change Manager Project - Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents - with minimum 5 years of proven experience in change management delivery, ideally within a transformation-heavy environment.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Change Manager are:
1. Application of Change Management Framework
- Apply the Change Management Framework rigorously across the project lifecycle assigned.
- Ensure CM deliverables follow established phases and templates (Impact Assessment, Engagement, Readiness, Comms, Launch, Hypercare).
- Align with project and business owners on change scope, priorities, and constraints, ensuring clear ownership between change management, project delivery, and BAU teams.
2. Change Analysis & Planning
- Conduct change impact assessments (CIAs) and readiness assessments for impacted groups.
- Define stakeholder groups, change impacts, risks, and required interventions.
- Develop project-level change strategies aligned to framework standards.
- Tailor and execute change strategies and interventions based on the scale, risk, and complexity of the initiative.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, providing change-related inputs and advice to prepare them for the planned changes.
- Develop communication content and engagement materials, ensuring alignment with respective stakeholders.
- Manage change agent networks to cascade updates and foster advocacy.
4. Readiness, Launch & Hypercare
- Conduct change readiness assessment and develop readiness plans to ensure impacted users are prepared for go‑live.
- Support training coordination with SMEs including learning materials development like User Guides and FAQs (without owning SME‑level content creation).
- Provide evidence‑based insights on readiness, adoption risks, and mitigation actions to support project and business decision‑making.
- Track readiness indicators, adopt mitigation actions, and support hypercare communications and updates.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor change progress, stakeholder sentiment, change adoption risks, and readiness metrics.
- Provide structured reporting to the Project Leadership, PM, and STO Change Management Lead, including escalation of risks and issues through established project governance with key business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on CM deliverables.
Competencies & Personal Traits:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources & Management, or a related field
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is preferred.
- Approx 5 years of proven experience in change management delivery, ideally within a transformation-heavy environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across concurrent initiatives, prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in applying structured methodologies and enforcing scope boundaries.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to partner with PMs, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally, manage resistance and escalate to leadership when needed.
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci’s ADKAR Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model) and comfort with collaboration and reporting tools such (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, PowerBI).
