About the Opportunity

A leading consumer products

organization is seeking a Change Manager to support a strategic Product Data Transformation Initiative that is foundational to the company's

long-term growth strategy. This newly created role will lead organizational change efforts associated with product data modernization,

product hierarchy restructuring, and taxonomy transformation initiatives. The Change Manager will partner closely with Product Development, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to drive successful adoption of new

processes, systems, and ways of working.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure in greenfield environments, and can quickly establish strong relationships across complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational change impact assessments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans
  • Design and manage training and enablement strategies
  • Lead organizational readiness activities
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery
  • Develop adoption and engagement plans to drive successful outcomes
  • Support stakeholder alignment and leadership buy-in
  • Create executive-level presentations and status communications
  • Establish and implement change management best practices
  • Monitor adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Change Management experience
  • Experience supporting business transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience developing training, communication, and adoption plans
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience working successfully in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
  • Strong PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience
  • Product Development experience
  • FlexPLM exposure
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in organizational readiness and adoption strategies
  • Experience within retail, apparel, footwear, consumer products, or related industries

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
