We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness activities across the SAP S/4HANA program.
Working closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the change management strategy across the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to drive user adoption and minimise operational disruption.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and change forums across multiple business functions.
- Develop and implement business readiness and adoption frameworks.
- Measure and report on adoption, readiness, and change outcomes.
- Work closely with SAP, project, and business teams to ensure change activities are aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
- Proven experience delivering change management activities within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- PROSCI Certified – essential.
- Previous experience working on SAP programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Experience developing communications, training, business readiness, and adoption frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong understanding of organisational change principles and transformation methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively within complex, fast-paced program environments.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to build trust and influence business stakeholders.
