Change Manager

Reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, you will work closely with project teams, leaders and stakeholders across the organisation! You'll lead the people side of change, ensuring new ways of working, systems and processes are successfully adopted and embedded. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives that have organisation-wide impact while building change capability across Sunwater.

As Change Manager at Sunwater, you will:

• Develop and deliver change strategies and plans that support the successful implementation of Cyber Security and Risk initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments and change planning activities to support project outcomes.
• Partner with project teams to clarify and articulate changes to people, processes and systems.
• Identify potential change risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
• Design and implement communication and engagement plans that build awareness, understanding and commitment.
• Support leaders and sponsors to effectively lead their teams through change, providing coaching and guidance as required.
• Provide regular reporting and updates on change activities, stakeholder impacts, readiness and key milestones.
• Help build organisational change capability by mentoring and supporting leaders and stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.

About you:

You're a confident and influential change professional who knows how to bring people on the journey and deliver practical outcomes in complex environments. You'll bring:

• 7+ years' experience in Change Management or a similar role.
• Qualifications in Change Management, such asPROSCIand/or relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change and communication strategies across large or geographically dispersed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting technology, cyber security, risk or business transformation initiatives will be highly regarded.
