  • engaging with local and global stakeholders across the organisation,
  • contributing to recommendations and an implementation roadmap across the assessed sites,
  • supporting the broader team in preparing sites for the upcoming transformation.

What we are looking for

  • strong hands-on experience in Change Management,
  • experience in process discovery, process mapping and readiness assessments,
  • strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills,
  • ability to work independently with multiple international locations,
  • experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Time & Attendance,
    • Payroll,
    • HR / HR Transformation,
    • Manufacturing / production environments,
  • experience in global or multi-country transformation programmes would be a strong advantage,
  • fluent English.

Experience with Time & Attendance or Workforce Management systems such as UKG/Kronos, Workday or similar solutions would be particularly valuable.

Project setup

  • Client: top-tier global FMCG organisation
  • Project: Time & Attendance transformation / site readiness assessment
  • Initial engagement: 8 weeks
  • Extension: possible, depending on further project needs
  • Start: ASAP – immediate or very short availability is strongly preferred
  • Working hours: availability aligned with the Bulgaria time zone

This is a good opportunity for someone who combines practical Change Management experience with a strong understanding of business processes and enjoys working directly with sites and stakeholders during the early discovery and readiness phase of a transformation.
