Working Hours / Location:
- Better work life balance!
- 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
- Day Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm (1way transport)
- Night Shift: 3pm to 1am (1way transport)
- Location: Changi Airport
Job Scope:
- Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
- Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
- Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
- Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
- Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and calm under pressure
- Willing to commit shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts
