A Day in the Life
You lead our commercial channel strategy across the UAE for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager. You steer a team of Account Managers and sales professionals to expand our footprint across pharmacy and specialist channels.
- Own annual and monthly Net Sales targets, steering sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, and market share across key retail and pharmacy accounts.
- Build and negotiate Joint Business Plans and annual commercial terms, balancing growth targets with brand positioning.
- Plan and control promotional spend against budget, ensuring clear commercial return without overspending.
- Lead monthly forecasting and demand reviews alongside supply chain to align stock levels directly with consumer demand.
- Track competitor activations and pharmacy dynamics, quickly adjusting commercial tactics to defend and grow category share.
We Are Looking For
You bring sharp commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset to develop lasting retailer partnerships. You bring:
- Commercial Strategy & Negotiation: Track record leading joint business planning and closing complex commercial agreements in FMCG, pharmacy, or retail channels.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and develop field sales teams and account managers toward shared sales targets.
- Financial Acumen: Strong capability in managing promotional budgets, tracking P&L levers, and forecasting demand.
- Category & Market Understanding: Practical knowledge of the pharmacy environment, consumer healthcare, or dermatological skincare.
- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
