Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Industrial Automation & Electrification Business Unit supports customers across key industrial markets, including factory automation, warehouse automation, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, climate solutions, battery energy storage, and related electrical applications. With a broad portfolio of connectivity, sensing, relays, filters, cable management, and power and signal solutions, the business helps customers build safer, smarter, and more connected industrial systems.
We are seeking a contract Channel Marketing Analyst to support global marketing activities focused mainly on TE Connectivity’s electrical distributors and manufacturer representatives. This person will serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for key partners, helping coordinate communications, content, training, events, and reporting to keep activities organized, aligned, and moving across regions.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate global marketing programs, campaigns, and new product introduction activities for electrical distributors, manufacturer representatives, and other channel partners.
• Prepare and adapt communications, sales materials, presentations, and campaign assets for distributor, rep, and internal sales audiences.
• Maintain content within SharePoint, Mediafly, and other marketing platforms used by distributors, reps, and sales teams.
• Coordinate distributor website reviews, including product content, catalogs, logos, branding, and authorized distributor information.
• Serve as the main day-to-day marketing contact for assigned key distributors and rep organizations, routing questions, requests, and follow-ups to the appropriate TE teams.
• Support global and regional event execution with distributors and reps, including sample kits, marketing materials, and lead follow-up as necessary.
• Coordinate with Industrial BU marketing, sales, product management, regional teams, and external partners to keep activities aligned and on schedule.
• Maintain approved representative and distributor lists and coordinate routine updates.
• Track marketing activities and KPIs, including webinar attendance, event participation, content engagement, distributor activity, and rep engagement.
• Prepare updates for marketing and business leadership.
Contract Term
• This is a 6-12 month contract assignment, with the potential to adjust based on business needs and program requirements.
• US based location (including remote) is required for this requisition.
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3- 5 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, marketing communications, or related program support.
• Experience working with distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, sales teams, or channel partners is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical components, electrical distribution, factory automation, climate solutions, semiconductor manufacturing, industrial products, or related technical markets is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, product management, distributors, and external partners.
• Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, sales enablement platforms, reporting tools, or marketing automation is beneficial.
