About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and highly organized Channel Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the execution and continuous improvement of channel marketing programs and marketing communication initiatives across Latin America.
This role combines channel operations, partner engagement, incentive management, marketing communications, campaign execution, budget administration, and event management. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving partner engagement, supporting business growth, managing marketing investments, and ensuring flawless execution of regional initiatives across multiple countries and business segments.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong operational discipline, and can quickly adapt to changing business priorities. Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Programs & Operations

Manage the day-to-day execution and administration of channel marketing programs across Latin America.
Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of partner engagement initiatives.
Design and execute channel incentive programs, promotions, and partner activation campaigns.
Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) and co-op marketing programs, including budget tracking, approvals, and ROI measurement.
Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and partner participation.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain program documentation, processes, and operational controls.
Track and manage channel marketing investments, budgets, and forecasts.
Generate reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
Support regional commercial initiatives through data-driven analysis and recommendations.

Marketing Communications & Campaign Execution

Support the planning, deployment, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Latin America.
Coordinate campaign activities with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and regional teams.
Manage campaign schedules, approvals, deliverables, and execution timelines.
Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Develop and execute communication plans targeting channel partners, customers, and internal audiences.
Coordinate content development, localization, and distribution while ensuring brand consistency.
Support product launches, commercial initiatives, and regional marketing activities.

Events & Trade Shows

Plan and execute regional trade shows, customer events, partner conferences, webinars, and commercial events.
Coordinate vendors, agencies, event logistics, communications, budgets, and promotional materials.
Manage event execution from planning through post-event reporting.
Measure event effectiveness and business impact against defined objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

Utilize Salesforce CRM and Power BI to analyze program and campaign performance.
Develop performance dashboards and executive-level reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure reporting accuracy and visibility across all marketing investments and initiatives.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Commercial Marketing, or related disciplines.
Proven experience managing channel partner programs and marketing initiatives.
Experience administering MDF, co-op funds, marketing budgets, and incentive programs.
Demonstrated experience working with channel partners, distributors, resellers, integrators, or dealer networks.
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM.
Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Ability and willingness to travel across Latin America as required.

Preferred

Experience working within B2B technology, industrial, electrical, security, fire & life safety, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
Experience supporting multiple countries and markets within Latin America.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external service providers.
Knowledge of channel program development and partner lifecycle management.
