Channel Partner Program Manager
Summary
Build and manage a global partner ecosystem for a cybersecurity identity platform, recruiting and enabling resellers, MSPs, and cloud partners to drive joint sales and integrations.
You will help build and operationalize the global partner ecosystem across Global Systems Integrators, Technology Alliances, Managed Service Providers, MSSPs, Value-Added Resellers, and Cloud Hyperscalers. You will identify, recruit, and onboard new partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and expand existing relationships through knowledge transfer, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives. You will create and maintain partner enablement assets, coordinate onboarding and certification sessions, support deal registration and co-sell motions, and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on account strategy, integration priorities, partner-facing content, marketplace listings, and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the global partner strategy across GSIs, ISVs, MSPs/MSSPs, VARs, and cloud hyperscalers
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in priority regions
- Expand existing partner relationships through knowledge transfer and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Build and maintain partner enablement assets including web-based tools, pitch decks, use cases, demo access, and integration guides
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training sessions, and certifications
- Support deal registration, co-sell motions, and marketplace-driven transactions
- Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and drive deal progression
- Maintain partner tracking, prioritization, and performance reporting
- Help define partner tiers, incentives, and engagement models
- Collaborate with Sales on account strategy and partner engagement
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on integration priorities and partner technical needs
- Work with Marketing on partner-facing content, marketplace listings, and joint campaigns
Requirements
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or partner programs in enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, or cloud
- Experience working with Global Systems Integrators such as Deloitte, EY, Accenture, or RSM
- Experience working with MSSPs, MSPs, and high-end VARs
- Experience working with security or identity technology partners such as Okta, Ping, or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and partner-led go-to-market
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing environment with evolving processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting international partners or global expansion strongly preferred
