CHANNEL PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to expand the company’s business opportunities. The role focuses on identifying new partnership channels, building relationships with key partners, developing collaboration opportunities, generating leads, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth across residential and commercial interior design projects.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with property agencies, developers, contractors, suppliers, and corporate clients.

2. Identify and establish new partnership channels to expand the company’s residential and commercial interior design business.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate business opportunities and referrals.

4. Develop partnership proposals and collaboration plans to support business development initiatives.

5. Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to convert partner-generated leads into business opportunities.

6. Conduct market research to identify potential partners, market opportunities, and industry trends.

7. Negotiate partnership terms and referral arrangements to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.

8. Organise partner meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships.

9. Monitor partnership performance, lead opportunities, and business development activities, and report progress to management."
