Channel Sales - Account Executive (Partnerships)
Company: Seamless.AI
Location: Remote (US) travel to partners required
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Executive Officer
Type: Full-time, individual contributor
Why this role exists
Seamless.AI has the best B2B contact and company data on the market and the most powerful AI sales automation software. Now we want it everywhere our buyers already work…sales tools, marketing tools, data tools, CRMs, AI SDR platforms, and more.
Your job is simple to say and hard to do: get Seamless.AI natively built into these platforms. Sometimes that's an OEM or white-label deal. Sometimes it's a live workflow integration. Sometimes it's a marketplace listing. Whatever gets us embedded and generating more revenue… you make it happen.
This is a hunter role. You find the partners, build the relationship, negotiate the deal, and drive it to a shipped integration that makes money. We’re here to support the deal structure and the prioritization of accounts to go after, but you are the expert prospector, hunter and farmer to make it a reality.
What you'll do
● Land native, OEM, and white-label deals that put Seamless.AI data inside partner platforms.
● Negotiate live workflow integrations with the tools our customers already use.
● Get us listed in all the important CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Top marketplaces (and others that matter).
● Own the full partner cycle: find them, pitch them, negotiate terms, and get the integration live with dev.
● Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to scope and ship each build.
● Track and grow the revenue that flows through every partner.
What success looks like in 12 months
You will be measured on two things:
1. Revenue sourced — pipeline and revenue driven through those partners.
2. Integrations shipped — real, live integrations in market.
We want both. Shipped without revenue isn't a win. Revenue without new integrations isn't either.
What we're looking for
● 5–8 years in channel sales, partner sales, API Sales, or OEM business development. You're a proven closer.
● A track record of getting your product built into other platforms.
● Strong API and integration savvy. You don't need to write the code, but you need to speak the language of engineers and product teams, scope what's possible, and move a technical deal forward.
● Sharp negotiation skills. You'll structure rev-share, OEM, and partnership terms.
● Comfort in a fast-moving, high-output environment. You ship.
● Willing to travel to partners when it moves a deal.
Deal ownership
You source and negotiate every deal. Final terms get a quick sign-off from the CRO and CEO — so you'll bring us clean, well-structured deals ready to approve.
Priorities, in order
1. Native, OEM, and white-label integrations (the deepest ones).
2. Live workflow integrations as a partner.
3. Marketplace listings (HubSpot, Salesforce app stores, etc.).
Compensation
● Competitive base salary.
● Commission on partner-sourced revenue.
● Bonus on integrations shipped.
You get paid for both sides of the job: building the integrations and driving the revenue.
