CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE
The Role
The Channel Sales Executive will lead growth through the company's partner ecosystem across key Southeast Asian markets. Reporting to the Head of Sales, APJ, the successful candidate will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to grow revenue across the company's cybersecurity portfolio.
This is a quota-carrying sales position rather than a partner-administration role. The successful candidate will be expected to create pipeline, develop partners and drive opportunities through to revenue.
Compensation: Competitive base salary of S$6,000–S$7,000 per month, plus a performance-based commission/bonus plan. The final package will reflect relevant cybersecurity channel experience, partner network and proven revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver assigned sales and revenue targets, including regional pipeline-generation and revenue goals.
· Own the channel number as a quota-carrying seller, driving deals through partners rather than simply administering a partner programme.
· Build and maintain strong partner relationships, including stakeholder mapping and the alignment of internal resources with partner organisations.
· Work with marketing to develop and execute in-country lead-generation campaigns that build measurable pipeline with the right partners.
· Recruit partners where required, then onboard and activate new resellers in priority markets and drive them to first revenue quickly.
· Lead joint business planning with focus partners, establishing agreed targets, investment priorities and a quarterly accountability cadence.
· Co-sell alongside partner sales teams from opportunity registration through to close.
· Build partner capability through enablement and certification, allowing partners to position, demonstrate and sell the company's solutions independently.
Experience and Capabilities
· At least six years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions through partners, with a record of achieving channel targets across Singapore and ASEAN.
· Hands-on experience with both one-tier and two-tier channel models, together with a practical understanding of how distribution operates.
· Strong knowledge of channel-sales motions, partner ecosystems and indirect go-to-market strategy.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Confidence and credibility when engaging C-level executives on both the partner and customer sides.
· Sufficient cybersecurity domain knowledge to hold technical conversations and coach partners effectively.
· Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia when required.
