What You'll Do
Provide spiritual and emotional support to residents, families, and staff through individual visits, pastoral care, and grief support.
Lead and coordinate chapel services, Bible studies, memorial services, and other spiritual programs.
Partner with local churches, pastors, and community organizations to support residents' spiritual needs.
Coordinate and support volunteers who assist with worship services, music, and spiritual activities.
Encourage resident participation in meaningful activities, including our woodshop and Art & You programs.
Collaborate with our nursing, resident life, and leadership teams to support the overall well-being of those we serve.
What We're Looking For
Chaplain or Pastor License required.
Master's degree in Divinity preferred.
Previous experience serving in a pastoral or spiritual care role.
A compassionate, approachable personality and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide comfort, encouragement, and support with professionalism and sensitivity.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Position Details:

Hourly wage of $24.00–$28.00, depending on qualifications and experience
