In this role, you will: - Take responsibility for HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance cycles. - Coach and support chapter members in their personal and professional development. - Drive performance, growth, and career development of chapter members - Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture - Shape and evolve the chapter vision and way of working within the chapter (craftmanship) - Work closely with the IT Lead, who will coach and guide you in developing into a Chapter Lead role - Collaborate with other Chapter Leads to strengthen the chapter community - Stimulate knowledge sharing through communities, events, and collaboration initiatives - Contribute as a specialist within a multidisciplinary DevOps team - Stay up to date with technological and market developments and actively share insights within the team and chapter
