Charge Nurse Day Shift RN/LPN

We are excited to add a Nurse RN/LPN to our dedicated team. As the RN/LPN Charge Nurse, you will use a wide range of nursing skills with a supportive, care-focused team. Day Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

• Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies and regulations.

• Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.

• Current unencumbered RN or LPN state license required

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
