Charge Nurse LVN

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and supervise resident care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the physician.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
