Charge Nurse RN

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions and care needs
