About the Fraud and Claims Team

Our team handles all inbound claims for fraud and non-fraud Conduent issued cards. Team duties include investigations, adherence to all pertinent regulations and customer notifications including dispositions.

About the Job

We are looking for a strong manager who will manage a team of skilled professionals that investigate 2nd presentments and files arbitrations for fraud and non-fraud Conduent issued cards. Team duties include investigations, adherence to all pertinent regulations and customer notifications including dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to ensure all aspects of the chargeback process were followed.
• Delivering reporting and coaching to the team performing the chargebacks.
• Recognizing if a merchant followed the Mastercard rules.
• Submitting arbitrations on behalf of Conduent and its card holders.

Requirements

• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in fraud functions and payments.
• Display banking industry or benefits administration services experience.
• Have working knowledge of 2nd presentment and arbitration filings processes.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate ability to work successfully from a home office.
• Be able to travel up to 15%.
• Have Certified Payments Professionals (CPP) a plus.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $75-95k.
