CHARGEMAN, MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING
- Management Of Planned Preventive Maintenance - Update documents and information into filing / information system.
- Installation and Setup - Install, configure, and test new equipment, machinery, or systems according to specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Repairs and Modifications - Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring that systems and machinery are operational with minimal downtime.
- Safety and Compliance - Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety measures while performing tasks.
- Inventory Management - Ensure that inventory levels are properly nfanaged to prevent delays in work.
- Technical Support and Collaboration - Work with other team members to address complex issues or projects, ensuring efficient completion.
- Maintenance of Infrastructure - Identify potential issues such as cracks, structural damage, or drainage problems, and recommend necessary repairs.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining multiple systems. These tasks will vary across three core areas: Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil.
- To maintain and to ensure conformance to all policies and procedures in regards to quality management system Liaise with stakeholders.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with public authority (JKKP, ST, KPDNHEP, JBPM).
- Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced by the services.
- Ensure to actively participate in all 5S activities.
- Ensure the policies on patient's and family's rights are addressed at all times.
- Ensure adhere to standard people practice (SPP).
- Ensure compliance to patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for patient safety (2008).
- Ensure all policies and procedures of MSQH, IMS and CSM Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented. Perform any ad hoc/other duties as directed by the Healthcare Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Education: A4 Chargeman Certificate (Minimum - 2years)
