Chartered Accountant - Accounts & Finance - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing and finalisation of accounts.

- Prepare financial statements, schedules and management reports.

- Manage General Ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliation and cash flow.

- Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and valuation.

- Manage manufacturing costing and production accounting.

- Prepare MIS, variance analysis and financial dashboards.

- Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accounting compliance.

- Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams on costing and inventory.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.

Candidate Profile:

- CA with 5 - 6 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong end-to-end accounts experience is mandatory.

- Strong experience in finalisation of accounts.

- Experience in internal audit and statutory audit.

- Strong exposure to inventory, costing and manufacturing accounting.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.

- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

- Diamond, jewellery, luxury goods or precious metals experience will be an advantage.

- Strong Excel and ERP skills.

- Ability to independently manage the accounting function.
