Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, including GST returns and TDS payments, as well as experience in managing manufacturing costs. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing our financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Manage TDS payments and ensure timely remittance to the government. - Analyze manufacturing costs and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect the organization. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations, particularly GST and TDS. - Experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, especially in a manufacturing environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
