Chartering Manager

’m currently partnering with a well-established shipowner that is looking to strengthen its commercial and operations team.

As part of their continued growth, I’m keen to connect with experienced professionals across the tanker market, particularly in the following areas:

🔹 Chartering Manager / Charterers – Tankers

I’m looking for commercially driven chartering professionals with strong tanker market exposure who are comfortable with:

• Vessel employment and cargo sourcing
• Negotiating freight rates and charter party terms
• Voyage calculations and commercial evaluation
• Monitoring freight markets and identifying opportunities
• Building relationships with charterers, owners and brokers
• Managing COAs and other commercial agreements
• Working closely with operations throughout the voyage lifecycle

🔹 Vessel Operators – Tankers

I’m also interested in speaking with experienced tanker operators who have handled the end-to-end commercial operations of tanker vessels, including:

• Voyage planning and execution
• Coordinating with charterers, agents, terminals and vessels
• Bunker planning and monitoring
• Reviewing charter party requirements
• Managing documentation and operational issues
• Monitoring vessel performance and voyage costs
• Handling post-fixture matters and ensuring smooth voyage completion
