Job Description:
We are seeking
Chat Support Executives to join our US telecom process team. The ideal
candidates will have experience in BPO or blended processes and possess
strong written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat
- Resolve customer issues and queries promptly
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work towards achieving incentive targets
