Chat360 - Associate Director - Operations

We are looking for an execution - focused Associate Director - Operations to work closely with the leadership team at Chat360.

This is not a strategy or advisory role. We are looking for someone who has worked in startups and has hands - on experience building, managing and driving operations on the ground.

What you'll do:

- Own and drive critical cross - functional initiatives from planning to execution and closure.

- Work closely with leadership, sales, customer success, product, HR and finance to ensure execution stays on track.

- Build and improve processes, systems and operating rhythms as the company scales.

- Track priorities, identify bottlenecks and push teams towards closure.

- Take ownership of ambiguous, high - priority problems and figure out how to get it done.

- Drive operational reviews, dashboards, follow - ups and accountability across teams.

- Step into execution wherever required, rather than simply delegating or advising.

What we're looking for:

- Meaningful experience in a 0 - 1 startup / high - growth environment.

- Strong track record of execution and ownership, not just strategy or consulting.

- Someone comfortable working in chaos, ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

- Strong problem - solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High bias for action with the ability to independently drive things to completion.

- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.

- AI - first mindset and comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and productivity.

- The ideal candidate is someone who says, "Give me the problem, I'll figure out how to get it done."
