Chatbot Strategy Lead - AI/NLP Automation for Global Support

Bybit is seeking a leader to own the strategy and execution of our automated support tool, Bybot, across a global platform. You will supervise training, deployment, and integration with Livechat, Help Center, and Webform to raise resolution quality and drive automation.

Lead NLP improvements, model training, and auto-routing, while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and CS Ops. Strong data analytics and bilingual Mandarin-English skills are essential for cross-team documentation.
