Midland Transport is currently seeking a Driver Check-in Clerk to be based at our Moncton Terminal. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 12:30 to 8:30 PM
Monday to Friday - 4:00 PM to Midnight

- Greet drivers and audit paperwork returned to ensure all bill of lading, delivery receipts, and driver activity sheets are completed accurately
- Assist in dispatch office; including answering phones and entering pick ups
- Audit terminal P&D time entry manifests
- Monitor and respond to requests sent to the terminal mailbox
- Various other driver check-in and administrative duties as required
- Minimum High School diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Transportation industry an asset
- Bilingualism an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced group environment
- Well organized and detail oriented
