Job Summary

You will manage daily shop operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, payments are collected, and the shop environment is clean and well-stocked to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take customer orders and prepare food items according to their specific requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect payments from customers efficiently and securely to maintain smooth transaction flow
• Monitor snack inventory levels and replenish fresh snacks promptly to maintain product availability
• Maintain high hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing food preparation and service areas regularly
• Keep the shop premises clean and dry at all times to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Work independently with minimal supervision to manage daily shop operations effectively
• Adapt to work schedules including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as required to support business needs

Other Information

• Work schedule: 44 hours per week with one rest day on a rotating basis
