Job Description & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably with Western cuisine.

- Prepare Western cuisine dishes according to established recipes and menus.

- Independently manage the kitchen, ensuring efficient and consistent food production.

- Great organisational skills to manage your time efficiently

- Maintain a clean, organized, clean and safe work environment

- Able to do ordering and inventory management

- Demonstrate strong execution skills and a commitment to quality control.

- Work collaboratively with the front of house to meet service demands.

- Be open to new and innovative ideas of working and adapting to it

- Team player with a positive and open-minded attitude is key

- Good communication and interpersonal skills would be an added bonus

5 day work week ( Wed - Sun ), 0700 - 1600/ 1630
