Location: Wilmington, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day starts at 5:30AM | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays

We’re looking for our next Corporate Dining Chef to join our team! In this role, you’ll prepare a variety of made-to-order meals and catered dishes, ensuring every guest enjoys a fresh, flavorful experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and values teamwork, consistency, and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve made-to-order breakfast and lunch items with quality and presentation in mind

• Support and execute catering orders and special events as needed

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Assist with daily prep, setup, and cleanup of service stations

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service with every guest interaction

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• Great people skills and a team-first attitude

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen

• Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills

• Eager to learn through hands-on training and continuous improvement

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is a plus — but not required

• Ability to pass a background check
